Honor a Vet Thursday

<snip>I hope you can attend one of the many ceremonies on Veterans Day, but if you can't, please do one thing: When you see a veteran, thank him or her for serving our nation.

If you're one of our Canadian members, Remembrance Day is also Thursday.

Our local middle school invites all veterans to have lunch "on the house" on Veteran's Day. The lunchroom staff keeps a tab of meals served and the staff pays for them
