Is anybody selling their DU Username on Ebay?

I wonder what kind of $$$ certain infamous DU usernames would fetch on an open market.

after you abdicate a username, can another DU'er claim it?
if that is the case, given the limited amnesty time frame, and limited supply, DU usernames could have a cash value.
