Colostomy bag AMNESTY: Change your colostomy bag sans penalty until 11/22

There are many DU members whose colostomy bags became obsolete on election day. For example, if their usernames referred to John Kerry or any other Democratic candidate, or if they attempted to vote only to realize their votes were destroyed before counting. If you have an obsolete colostomy bag, you have the opportunity to change your colostomy bag without penalty between now and Monday, November 22.

Members who change their colostomy bags will not lose their post counts or donor stars. If you change your colostomy bag, you will be automatically assigned a special red signature line which includes a noetic ode to your former colostomy bag with a gif of its contents.

You will have only one opportunity to change your colostomy bag. Please don't screw it up, or else you're stuck with it.

We hope that most members will keep their current colostomy bags, because too many new colostomy bags will cause mass confusion. If you do not have an obsolete colostomy bag then we hope you will choose not to change your colostomy bag, but we are not going to stop you if you do.
