-You have 6 coffee and 3 sushi places within 1 block of your place
-You know the difference between the West End, the West Side and West Vancouver
-You think that $160,000 for a 485 sq ft 1 bedroom in Yaletown is a good deal
-You draw a distinction between rain, showers and sprinkles
-You can ski and sail on the same day, but you never have
-You know that doing the Grind is not at all sexual

2. Seattle is much the same

Real estate expensive as hell. Strange rainshrouded climate during winter. But I liked it. Never seen anyplace like it. That whole area is like some kind of fairy tale environment. Me mum was born on Vancouver Island and grew up in Vancouver.

I might apply for citizenship someday!
