For me, either "The Way of the Warrior" or "In the Pale Moonlight".

Whichincluded Way of the Warrior, The Visitor, the one where Bashir plays a Bond-wannabe (Sisko is great as the OTT villain), and even the one where cheap-time-travel-excuse-number-5,982 puts two Ferengi in 1947 Roswell.
