I want to put a picture of the Supreme Court on the front but have no clue how to do it.

1. Adding Pic

Find a Pic that you like online and either link to it (not so nice because you are using somebody elses bandwith) Or copy the pic onto your computer, then upload it to Blogger.com. They have a program you can use to upload pics I think OR upload it to another site that you have and then use the IMG HTML tags within the site. (Type in HTML Tutorial in Google and you will find the correct Tag)

Sounds complicated but it really isn't ;)
