What exactly are the duties of a Lounge President?

And, will this person be paid? How long is the term? What happens if someone is elected that turns out to be a real dud, then what? How do we hold this person accountable? What are the perks attached to this job? Can this person ban others from the Lounge? How is one nominated for this position, I mean, is this like an inside job? And what about write-ins? Are write ins acceptable or will they be thrown out after the election? Will the Lounge President give out prizes? What if it turns out that he's getting head in the Oval office -or wherever his office is - I mean, like, will that matter? And, what if say, we find out that he's just a puppet, only a figurehead, then what???????
