Prisoners Beat Martha Stewart To The Punch - "Convict Cookbook" Released
<snip>

SPOKANE, Wash. -- Martha Stewart -- eat your heart out.

Some prison inmates are now out with their own cookbook. "The Convict Cookbook" is from the imprisoned chefs at the Washington State Penitentiary.

The cookbook includes recipes that can actually be made inside a cell without a stove. You'll find such tasty dishes as Po' Mans Burritos, Cell Block Fudge and Jail Mix.

For dessert there's the Dope Fiend Sandwich. It's a Snickers bar smashed between peanut-butter cookies. And the name? It's called the Dope Fiend Sandwich because it's popular with junkies who crave sweets.

Proceeds from the sale of the "The Convict Cookbook" will go to the Children's Museum of Walla Walla.
