I think it's 1st degree or nothing. 2nd Degree only means it wasn't pre-meditated, but given the nature of the death, it most definitely seemed planned in some way. I think he's not guilty. Nothing concrete on him.

Of course, as we all saw with OJ, that doesn't mean he didn't do it.

You may remember the case of Leann Fletcher four years ago. Same story. He was having an affair. Leann ends up pregnant. He takes her to a shooting range, and then they go home and he shoots her. She hated guns. He wanted it to look self inflicted i.e. gunpowder on hands from shooting range. It was an open and shut Murder One case. He ended up guilty of Murder two. You just can never tell.

Shit, he spends what, a couple hours a week on this piece of crap story? How's he ever going to fill all that air time now?

So sick of that story.

I could similarly surmise that you find Laci Peterson to be less patriotic than "our troops" because she wasn't a member of the military, but since I don't know if she ever joined up (or ever tried and was rejected), I won't.

Now that we know the verdict: if the verdict were "not guilty," would that mean to you that the jurors found Laci unworthy of justice?
