Help for my brother! Anyone know any Left-leaning churches hiring?

My brother, who is ordained as a Reverend in the Baptist church, is looking for new work. He has been working with evangelical churches for over 10 years, starting off as a Junior High Minister and now as a co-youth director, but also leading the evening services.

His church is a Very Conservative Orange County church, and he is not. Put it this way, he voted for Gore in 2000, Camejo for governor, and of course Kerry in 2004. He is even further to the left than I am, using the sanctity of life in its truest sense (anti-Death penatly, anti-war, jury is still out on abortion, pro-safety net, etc)

He really dislikes his church and is trying desparately to get work with a left leaning church, preferrably (but not limited to) American Baptist. Oh and he's looking for a church ANYWHERE in the country, or canada.

Anyone out there know if their church is looking for a youth pastor, or any other pastoral positions?

Either churches that lean left don't like to advertise, or none exists.

I found the Sojourners website after listening to its editor Jim Wallis on c-span. They ran the ad during this election cycle "God is not a Republican or a Democrat." It looks like they have services to help connect people with like minded progressive spiritual communities. Might want to take a look.
