6. How do YOU know he is guilty???????
What we do know is......Peterson was tried in the media we are ALL calling BIASED.......Attack poodles(as James Wolcott calls them) like Gloria Alred(SELF-proclaimed seeker of PUBLICITY), A. Napolitano et al were proclaiming Petersons guilt from the "get-go"...These same people insist Bush was RIGHT to go to war and get our soldiers killed and murder INNOCENT Iraqi women and children.... Unless a jury can be in a court-room FREE of this disgusting media influence(which they weren't) we and THEY can not say for sure what the TRUTH is!!!!!!

Read Wolcott's "Attack poodles and other media MUTANTS" it has some amazing and invaluable info for ALL progressives and seekers of the truth...

9. I was going by the decision of the jury.

But there's always appeal. Maybe if he later is found not guilty, he can join OJ and go looking for the "Real Killers"(TM) on some golf course in Mexico. Scott was headed there, with $10k and a new look, right?

So how did the prosecution fail to make it's case? What reasonable doubt is there that the jury should have had?

I don't even bother with this. Of course the media is biased. This is just ratings for them, nothing more nothing less.

Edit: Changed innocent to not guilty.

11. OK Alvis
If you feel the need to mock..it's a free board have a bash...BUT..I was being serious...The jury went in there the 1st day with their minds ALREADY made up...You can NOT be serious that after deliberating for only 4 days with two jurors being replaced and say that they really debated ALL the facts presented..Like many people they wanted to get back to cheeze doodles and desperate housewives!!!

12. Hey, I'm being serious too.
If Scott wants to appeal, he can. Right now he's guilty by a court of law. The alternates were there for the trial as well. How long should the deliberations take?

3. No, but there was no evidence linking Scott to the crime, and he's found
guilty, and there was evidence linking OJ to the crime, and he gets off.

I think what we have is there is a very strong pro-Prosecution bias in most juries, while the opposite is true when the jury is largely African-American.

10. Are you saying that black defendents are less likely to be found guilty?
Because I have to disagree with that...especially when it comes to measuring out the death penalty.

4. I think it has more to do with Rodney King
Edited on Fri Nov-12-04 05:12 PM by maxudargo
Had Scott Peterson been found innocent, mobs of angry pregnant women would have flooded the streets, attacking Korean grocers and truck drivers. Of course the jurors knew that, and it couldn't help but have affected their decision.

7. No, I think he is paying for his own crimes
by the way I wonder if O.J. is any closer to finding the "real killers" yet?
