then I smoked a bowl and took my vitamin B-100 and Vitamin E.

5. Baked sweet potato with...

unsalted butter and Vermont maple syrup, an almond croissant and estate Assam tea. Around all that, a multi-vitamin, an antibiotic, and an acid blocker (I've been sick since the election). This is rather a treat breakfast for me; I'm usually a whole grain cereal and fruit person. When I think I've digested some of that, I'll take some cough syrup with a sedative in it. Isn't really helping my cough but does give me an opportunity to take a nap.
