Tech question
I'm on a PC here and tried to use soulseek. A littl ething came up saying something like "Certain things are blocked that may affect this program" then asked if I wanted to keep blocking them, I hit yes, now SS doens't work well.
How can I fix it?

3. Do you have XP SP 2?
That upgrade shuts things down tighter.

What is blocked is probably ports. Are you behind a physical firewall or maybe a software one?

6. install v.154 test..
I've been running it for about a month now, and it's far more stable than v.152. Send me a PM with your user ID, and I'll add you to my user list.
