Amazon is ...F A S T ...

I clicked the link on DU home page and ordered a bunch of books from Amazon on TUESDAY, and I got the ones that were new, TODAY..

I ordered a bunch of the "cheapy" used ones, and since they apparently arrive from different places, I knew they would not be fast, but WOW..Amazone really got the new ones to me in a hurry..

and DU apparently will get a little pittance too :):)

Do they always ship that fast, or did I have beginner's luck ?? :shrug:

edit.. "today" is actually Wednesday.. (have not been to bed yet from yesterday).. oh well , you get the idea..:)

I always shop the local bookstores when I can just to give them the dough, but if they have to special order something, I just go ahead and get it off Amazon. Amazon rocks, IMHO.

...but I'm wondering if they're having an unusually good week. Monday I ordered some software, using their free Super Saver shipping, and it arrived Wednesday, which is better than usuall by a day or two.
