3. I brined my thanksgiving turkey last year
i followed his recipe and it was excellent. I like the fact that he concentrates on one thing per show.

His chocolate chip cookie episode was SOOO helpful! Options for chewy, crispy, and puffy!!!

Did anyone see his show on apples? My god, the man can make a baked apple.

11. Well, being a straight guy, I have to say that I like looking at Rachael
more than I like looking at Alton. And, to be fair, I have tried some of her recipes and they've turned out well.

13. For me, Alton is about the info and the humor
as for pretty on FN i'd say that the Everyday Italian lady is really attractive and i'm a straight woman.

He is a no BS, doing it right kind of guy. I love his explanations for why things work. The sometimes corny humor is just fine.


And his views on no single use devices in the kitchen, other than the fire extinguisher, bring a smile to my miserly heart. :-)


Emeril's recipes suck. There I said it.

Rachel Ray is OK, but my family of 5 would go broke with all the pre-packaged stuff she cooks on her main show. I wish to hell I could afford $40 a day to eat on. :-)

plus i dont think she tips very well so she makes the 40 go further than i could.
