Stupid Kids and Instant Punishment

I was sitting in front of my best friend's house, waiting for her to get home, when I saw the strangest thing.
There was a car driving down the street with both the front and back doors on the passenger side open. Next thing I know, they stop in front of me, and there is a State Trooper with his lights going.
He had the driver, a 17 year old kid, come back to his car. He was running his license and his tag. Then he got out and had the girl in the passenger seat come to the back of the car, in front of my car. He asked her if she had a license. She didn't. He then asked for her phone number. She hesitated, so he was like, "OK, where do you live?" She said around the corner. He had her get back into the car. He leaned into the driver's side back seat and had a talk with the idiot girl in the back. He went back to his car. He then finished writing the kid's ticket. As the kid was getting out of the car, the cop yelled, GO STRAIGHT TO HER HOUSE!
Instant Punishment. Gotta love it!!
