1. Sure. Now that cell phones are getting cheaper than land lines,
why not have a real size phone to use at home? Or, ofr the business dude, to take and have sitting in the hotel room or even the car.

Certainly not to shove in the jacket pocket, but I could see a use for one of these, absolutely.

4. I can see a use for that ....
My DH thinks cell phones are elitist and decadent. One of those would be a good way to acclimate him to the use of cell phones without it upsetting his sensibilities.

8. Been in China for years.
China never went through the landline infrastructure build-up. Their communication technology was always cellular. Lots of homes have them.....without the telphone wires.
