Where are all the butch, sexy straight men?

This isn't meant to be a sex post, moderators! I was just wondering, since the Repukes tend to claim all butch men as their own, if there were any on this board who could prove them wrong.

I know one thing. If you're out there, you aren't watching The Wizard of Oz on TBS like I am!

Don't get me wrong; I KNOW men and women are different; I revel in the differences. I'm just asking you to define your terms. We men are a bit confused these days as to what is required and requested of us.

I didn't really mean men who treat women disrespectfully. Of course THEY are Republicans. I guess I just meant masculine in appearance and mannerisms and liking football.

I almost never date any more, and it's mostly because I don't like playing a game where the rules change without notice.

I am a burly (not yet fat) man who can be gruff and rough and crude; I listen to Howard and watch Dave and I make many jokes that ridicule the relationships between women and men.

I am also an artist and polymath who believes that women are truly the better half of humanity; I have never hit a woman, and have never hit a man who didn't need hitting.

My sensetive nature may get me two or three dates with a woman. but she will inevitably abandon me for Danger Man... the man who hits her and tells her she is a whore.

If you want a good man, start treating the Good Men of the world better, and encourage your sisters to do the same. Reject the Abusive Fuckers. As long as you keep rewarding their behavior, that behavior will continue.

But seriously...I'm with you. I have never understood why any woman would be attracted to an A-hole. Isn't it more fun to be with someone who's sweet and someone you can talk to and someone who doesn't expect you to simply be his mindless sidekick?

I guess we should ask Lynne Cheney and Laura Bush.

I'd probably go with this type of man myself as long as he's a more of an independent thinker and doesn't have that team sport "jock" mentality to go along with it. I definitely like men who look like men.
