8. In the paper there was a picture
of a guy standing in front of his burnt up garage and a charcoal carcass of a turkey and his quote was something to the effect of "My buddy said it was real easy to do and tasted delicious".

Just to look at their photos makes me sneeze...ouchooo! Sorry, can't visit you. I can't be around dogs either but I love dogs and cats, in someone else's house or backyard, as long as they come near me.

I roast mine with butter and a bit of garlic and rosemary. :P

12. When done right...
deep fried turkey is great...should not be greasy. If not done well...then you have a whole new definition for bad!

13. You have to partially cook it before frying, right?
I don't think it could possibly be cooked on the inside before the outside started to burn.
