3. I believe the current count of active registrants is
about 23,000 according to another thread I read.

If you go to the profile page, the count (for each roledex character) is provided and the 30-35 numbers can be added up to a total.

The same thread also analyzed the currnet number of folks who post which of course is far smaller.

The lurkers and non-registrants are probably in the thousands as well.

But tombstones apparently do remain.

2. Do Freepers count?
Republicans always puff up their ranks using bogus counting; let's get as accurate a number as possible so as to counter their spinnin'.

Also, how do our numbers compare to say, oh, Free Republic, Drudge, etc....
I'm guessing we have more anyway....
