My new motto
I must admit, I love japanese history, aminly during the era of the Samurai  And so I also watch the Ruroni Kenshin series on the Cartoon network (and will buy the dvds very soon, specially to enjoy the spaking mannerims of the Bakumatu and Meij periods) My favorite character after Himura Kenshin, aka Hitokiri Battousai (Manslayer sword draw martail artist), is the real creepy guy Saitou Hajime, aka The Wolf of Nibu. At the start of the Kyoto story arc--a must see if you enjoy anime--Saitou and the Battousai have a duel in Kyoto. First Himura wiped out a bunhc of the lesser squad members of the Shinsen-gumi (The New Truth?, I haven't seen the last kanji for it--group). One young guy wanted to take on Himura, who was in full manlsayer mode. But Saitou stopped him--being the Captain and all, and said the three words that have struck me ever since,"Aku, Zoku, Zan" (Destroy Evil Immediately). :wow:

NOw I'm not going t buy a samurai sword and do anything stupid, but the motto fits with what we're doing here in DU. There ISa great evil corrputing our country, and we DUers have to destroy it in the next election (or as things look now, keep up the heat on the * gang) I think it's appropiate
