I have seen people lose control of their emotions from time to time. Anger doesn't make a person right, it just makes them dangerous and stupid. Name one smart thing you ever did because of anger.

I try to be calm and I never raise my voice in an effort to prove a point. Its not that I am not capable of making an ass out of myself, its more that I prefer not to.

I never appear angry. I rarely feel anger consciously. When I get more than a little drunk, I get very angry. My recovering alcohol friend says that means that I actually am an angry person. I guess that I have always been afraid of anger. It may have had something to do with my parents fighting all the time before they divorced when I was three as well as their continuing anger when I was growing up.

It's certainly much healthier than bottling it all up and exploding, like some people I know.

I would consider my anger to be healthy.
