Have you heard about the latest college activity?

It’s called “hooking up” -- a one-time sexual encounter between students. Studies show that 60 to 80 percent of college students will hook up before they graduate. Students say it’s because they’re focused on grades and don’t have time for relationships. Sure, grades are important, but relationships are more important. Life is all about relationships. We need to teach our young men and women to honor and respect others in those relationships and to save themselves for the most important human relationship that they’ll ever have…the one with their future husband or wife.

I think that was, uh, quite popular whan I was in college in the early 80's.

wow, what a life saver. I'd of known nothing about this if not for them. Imagine, college students having sexual relations before marriage?

Or maybe we need to teach them condom use, self respect, and love for life. College is the perfect time to sow your oats, try new stuff, get some life expreience, etc. Part of that is "hooking up"
