If done properly, it can give you an intense tobacco high...

I don't even like smoking, but I enjoy an occasional shisha... literally it would probably kill you if you did it every day for several hours.

There are places in the U.S. even where you can get this now... I noticed one in Gainesville, FL when I visited home this summer.

She's Iranian, the spelling got me. She 'shisha's' at a friend's house....never tried it...

The word does not work in my brain.... hashisha might (at least in my younger days).

But don't. I'm sure I'm not alone. If smoking were not horribly bad for me, I would smoke 3 packs per day. I just love the sensation of pulling on a cigarette and inhaling the velvety smoke. But, as I said, I don't. Ever. Anymore.
