Willis Sues 'Tears of the Sun' Producers
Bruce Willis has filed a lawsuit against the producers of Tears Of The Sun, claiming he suffered "substantial injuries" during the making of the 2003 movie. The Die Hard star is seeking damages from Revolution Studios, accusing them of negligence and "ultrahazardous activity," after claiming he was struck in the forehead by a projectile during a shooting scene. Willis, who played a special operations veteran leading a group of refugees through the Nigerian jungle, claims he has suffered extreme mental, physical and emotional pain and is suffering as a result of the injuries he sustained. Willis also alleges the personnel hired to inspect the devices used in the stunt failed to "properly and professionally inspect, set-up, place and detonate" them. His suit also states the injuries, "caused him to employ physicians."

2. I hope they award him
2 cents for his pain and suffering. Keep the damages limited to actual. Let them see how that feels, and maybe they'll change their minds about promoting limits of liability for people who really suffer.

5. What's this? Doesn't Bruce support his president on tort reform?
Frivolous lawsuits like this are why too many OBG-YN's cannot practice their love on wimmen in this country.

7. oh puh leez... it was just a squibb
I've worked with squibb effects, and the worst thing that could have happened to him is if a piece of dirt or something hit him in the eye.

What a WUSS! James Caan wore over 500 squibbs on his body for the bloody murder scene in The Godfather, and he didn't sue anybody.

Bruce is such a poncy poofter.
