7. Their online / mail service is very nice...

All the films you can watch in a month, 3 at a time, free postage all for $18.

8. I was referred to a collection agency....

because I owed them $2.54 in late fees. I figured I would pay it the next time i went in, but before I did, I got the call.

The woman on the phone actually laughed.

I asked her how much I owed. SHe said, "Uh, lets see <paper shuffle>...<snicker> $2.54"

I asked, "Can I work out a payment plan, or should I write you a check for the whole balance?"

She laughed and told me to just go in to the Blockbuster and it should be settled.

Basically, they wanted me to rent more movies. It's all so clear now. That's why I use Netflix.
