And my son cooked the turkey.
Oh, did I tell you that we're having Thanksgiving dinner tonight?
I work all day tomorrow so we did it up tonight.

And my sister is making it Sunday for those who work tomorrow and cannot be there. We spread the holiday out over time. And get lots of great food in the meantime.

7. My roll dough is rising, my squash casserole is assembled,

and my asparagus just needs to be washed and cut up for the steamer. In the morning I will set my rolls to rise, pop the casserole in the oven and gather up all the loose ends and we will head over to the nephew's house to eat. Dinner is at 12:30 ....

8. I have most of my sides done

Spinach Pie cooling on the counter
Dressing in the Crock Pot
Sweet Potato/caramel apple souffle in the oven now

Tomorrow I do the turkey, gravy and mashed potatoes.

I also lay out a huge cheese board and anti pasta tray a few hours before with bruscetta with pesto spread.
