How cool! "Emergency" is on!
Looks like it's gonna be the one where the guy gets hurt real bad and it takes a long time to rescue him. Man, I LOVE that one! It's my favorite episode!

5. She was my favorite nurse.
Oh baby. I come from the day when real nurses wore their profession in a recognized uniform, nice & white. When I was young I spent a lot of time in the hospital and when you saw a nurse you knew who she was and the power to heal or grant you a wish was hers. Today I end up in the hospital at least once or twice a year and I can't really tell, who is who.

Julie had style and did nursing justice with her portrayal.

7. They're making a comeback...
...I was at a hospital here in Victoria recently, and some of the nurses are going back to uniforms with the little hats. Apparently it's because so many of the doctors, housekeepers, and administrators are being confused with nurses, because they all dress alike.

Maybe it'll catch on in the US, too, like Trailer Park Boys has.

6. remember the one where Wilt Chamberlain was the guest-star...
...and he was too tall to fit in the ambulance?

Or the one where Gage, Kelley and DeSoto restore the old fire engine, and a brick wall falls on it?

Or the one where the hot chick gets her toe stick in the bathtub faucet?

Or the one where the guy's toilet explofes?

Man, I loved that show... I wante to be a paramedic when I was a kid.
