2. It probably can be done...
by losing a chunk of 'water weight' and burning off muscle tissue with fat by under-eating.

Not something I would recommend.

I say this cautiously because I know sometimes this subject triggers a major backlash but what I know is this:

In my first 14 days on atkins induction, I lost 16 pounds.

It works, if you're willing to stick to it. And before anybody hops up and down to say "not healthy! not healthy!" let me say only this: weight lost does NOT continue at that rate. I mean, it does continue but not so drastically.

Water...vitamins...cigs...alcohol...the occasional piece of fruit or leaf of lettuce.

Cabbage Soup Diet....10 lbs 20 days, I have done it.

The more extreme version of this is rather like fasting, you only eat stuff (veggies in a watery soup!) that's like 90% water.

I did this to fit into a dress some skinny girl lent me to a real special special special occasion...I don't regret it because, I wanted to wear the dress & I wore it but, no illusions over the permanance and/or healthiness of that or any crash diet. Once in a while there's a good reason though!

13. Walk 6 miles a day
drink a gallon or more of water a day
eat only protein and drink that fiber stuff for ten days stay under 1000 calories.
LOW fat protein
Vitamins
zero carbohydrates

If you feel really ill and start to freak out then drink some juice and say screw it! Can't be one.

pounds in two days. Its normal to lose eight to thirteen pounds in the first few days. It will be water weight but its weight nonetheless.

23. The only good weight to be rid of is ffat weight. The body
needs water as it is mostly water. Burning muscle tissue is the worst thing that can happen.

As long as water is reabsorbed (drink more?) and fat ultimately burned, then it's okay to do.

Frosted mini wheats for breakfast and lunch. Cut out all other sugar. Whatever you want for dinner but after you've eaten half of whatever it is....get up and go do something else for at least fifteen minutes. When you get back I'll bet you won't be hungry for it anymore.

Except for the no sugar don't deprive yourself and get into the deprivation mentality. That's why anything goes for dinner. That deprivation mindset is killer on actually getting anywhere.
