and I like malt whisky and haggis. I'm hoping to spend Burns Night with my g/f's relatives on a beef farm in Scotland this year.

Does that count? I'd certainly drop in on a Scots / Scotland forum from time to time......

The area around Stirling is absolutely gorgeous, incidentally, and it's a lovely city with my favourite restaurant in it (Olivia's, in case you're wondering).
