I Need A Good Toast... Somthing Short And Sweet, But Meaningful.
Not too cutesy or comical... but not a prayer-sermon either.

Got any ideas?

Am going to Ireland in '06. Am going to go to Abbeyfaele Parish in Limereck where I have family buried as far back as the 15th C.

Ever look at this site re: Irish real estate? Am planning on checking out some when there, especially in County Cork.

I'm hoping to make it to Ireland in '05. We'll see.

However, now having grandkids makes stayiing close by and in US a priority...gotta be here to help them becaome good dissenting Dems who believe they can make a difference....
And menawhile working to change my kid from a Repub to a Dem...got him away from being evangelical...he now sees that it's a mindset trap...whew!

15. Prices here are going up about 12% a year.
Ouch. It's getting to the point where working class families can't afford to buy...actually, it's already there.
