Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Hope you made it to your destination safely!
I'm sitting here eating brownies for breakfast and listening to Jean Sebilus since it's so damn cold I figured he was appropriate!

5. No weather delays in that?
Glad to hear you didn't get stranded in the hallway by a sudden storm or an air traffic control delay!

Got up early, and traveled to the kitchen to put coffee on, then continued on to the home office. I'll stay here for a few hours, then travel back to the bedroom. Whew! What a day!

4. How harrowing! Did the airlines lose your luggage?
Always happens on those connecting flights!

3. Well, now listening to Diane Reihm on NPR but have
put my rolls out to rise in their little pans. I have 5 dozen, which should be enough for the nephews.Hope somebody else brings some bread
LOL.

Seriously, there has to be a dozen easily just for Pat and another dozen for Mickey and the rest of us just have to take what we can get.

So they are sitting on top of my refrigerator, warmest place in the kitchen, awaiting transport to the party which is about 3 miles away.

Squash casserole will go in the oven shortly. Then I am going to take a shower, get dressed and after that prep my asparagus.

Marg and I will need to leave about 11:45 or so. Guess I better get her awake..we stayed up late late last night.

After dinner, probably some games for the non football fans, or else a movie.

Second cup of coffee ..a little DU time. Nice morning.

It actually is feeling like Thanksgiving should down here..It was warmer in NYC when the parade came on.

9. I drive for a living and

there were people out on the roads last night that were definitely traveling safely. Too safely in my opinion. So safe they were actually a hazard. We're talking 55 mph in the goddamn hammer lane kind of safe. You'd think it's the only time of year they get out and travel the interstates by the way they were driving.

Okay enough of my ranting. Happy Thanksgiving to you too and I hope you have a lot to be thankful for. :)

10. Hey, I'm willing to bet it is the only time some of these people drive
on the interstates!

Your rant reminds me of when I lived in Seattle, and people would be driving along, and then--bam, a few drops of rain and they slow down to a crawl! I mean, how can they NOT be used to rain up there!!!!!!
