I'm going to extend a Thanksgiving clemency to three threads

on page 20 of the DU Lounge.

Every day, hundreds of threads across the Lounge are condemned to an eternity in the Archives. As a Christian, I have always disagreed with this barbaric practice.

I realize that many here will disagree with my decision. But I can do no less, for there is no greater coward than the one who sees a great wrong being perpetrated, has the power to change it, and yet does nothing to change it.

I can not, and indeed will not, abide the companionship of an accusing conscience.

And so, by the authority vested in me as Comptroller of DU, I do hereby extend clemency to three threads on page 20 of the DU Lounge.
