5. Thanks! We just had our Thanksgiving meal over at his and my...

mom's home. He said the blessing---he thanked God for his doctors who were able to help him live a few more years.

I thought I was going to cry during the blessing. Last Thanksgiving, he had just been diagnosed...it was very sad last year.

9. hehe

The turkey roast is looking quite good... I got the coals PLENTY hot, per the number it called for in the instructions (almost twice what I normally use), but I had that much left to use... maybe needs 30 minutes more.

Bought some flowers and candles at Safeway today too. Looks quite nice!
