"Sheryl Crow" has some pretty tasty guitar and bass chops, though. Writes a decent pop tune as well...

3. She was the Stones opening act out here last year
And I would say she was AS GOOD if not better than the Stones...Mick spits....eeww. Keith looks as though he died 5 years ago.

We had seats TO DIE FOR!! I thought my hair had caught fire during 2-3 of the Stones pyrotechnic shows!!!

she is certainly bland enough to have had a couple of hits, but it's amazing that she has been looked at as some kind of major talent for so long. It was a really canny move on her part to sing in that flat thin voice, though. Made it much easier for others to sing along in the car.
She's just the female Steve Miller. Except Miller was a much better musician.

She may not be able to appeal to everybody, but i think she's wonderful. Like has already been said, she busts her buns for democratic/progressive causes.

She has talent, and a wonderful songwriting demeanor. Even though she may not appeal to me personally, Think she definitely has flair.
