I watched Godfather part2 in the middle of the night last night

because I couldn't sleep. Now I'm exhausted.

But anyway, the character of Michael Corleone made me think of the Bush administration and what it must feel like to be in the middle of all that power and violence, both at its height and then as that world eventually becomes smaller and smaller...

1. That is such a dark movie.

I watched the Godfather trilogy in one snowed-in weekend years ago (I was in north Texas). My dreams were violent and restless. WOn't be doing that ever again.

2. Funny thng about that is

If you compare the Bush Admin to the Corleone family then it would be Fredo as head of the family instead of Michael.
