On "Seinfeld", Jerry seemed to be eating cereal at all hours of the day. I can appreicate that...I can also eat cereal anytime. :-)

hubby and I have been eating cereal a lot lately because it's "part of a nutritious breakfast". Fiber, I suppose I need say no more. I like the Cap'n Crunch box: "when mixed as directed, it's as good for you as a bowl of oatmeal"...(deviate in any particular...deadly neurotoxin?)
