Is it just me, or do all post-op swans look exactly alike?

All blond and barbie-ish. I've only watched it for the last few weeks, but they just posted the finalists now and they are all carbon copies of each other. I guess that means that beauty is blonde hair, big red lips and pure white teeth.

On edit: One of these contestant's husbands seems like a total asshole.
