DU scientest I need your help w/ making a time machine
I'm going to go back in time and show Abe Lincoln that his party will turn into a bunch of bastards and it's ok to let the south succeed from the union because we'll benefit from it in the long run.

You need to find some way to have your velocity relative to background space be a negative value... but then you need to increase (decrease) to the inverse of a decent fraction of the speed of light.

Then, once you're back in time.. you'll have to find where the sun and the Earth are again, and where you are.. head on back to Earth and say to ol' Honest Abe for me.
