an option for Chocolate with clear glaze on it. The dognuts that they make the munchkins out of at Dunkin Donuts

Are you specifying cake doughnut or yeast doughnut? I myself prefer cake doughnuts.

For a fall, Halloween-y kind of feel, I like a cake doughnut coated in cinnamon sugar (not powdered sugar, regular granulated sugar).

I like plain cake doughnuts, frosted cake doughnuts, chocolate cake doughnuts...

Krispy Kreme's doughnut of the month is a glazed pumpkin cake doughnut. Very very good.
