Has Anyone Heard of These Groups: Need Help Here
Edited on Tue Nov-30-04 10:00 AM by MaryH
1. Steamhammer - a great group out of California in the 60's

2. Ten Wheel Drive - out of California, I think. I absolutely loved this album. Wonderful female vocalist.

3. Hell Bent for Leather by Frankie Lane (I know - but I really like this one)

4. In Cold Blood or Cold Blood: Saw them in Salt Lake City as a lead in to someone.

5. And a group that did a song called "Sausalito Sunrise"

1. Cold Blood
Saw them in the 70's in Calif. and had an album of theirs. Lydia 'something' was the lead singer.

3. Did you happen to notice that she didn't really need a
microphone? She had the most amazing voice.

7. I probably still have the album. I have lots of albums that
kind of got stuck in time. They were on the floor of a closet and then the door got stuck.

I imagine they are pretty wavy by now.

13. Well, they probably wouldn't play anymore.
But those albums held up better than CD's, I think.

12. By jove, I think that's it.
How do you tell if you can get CD's. I looked up Steamhammer - out of Great Britain so I was wrong - and Ten Wheel Drive and found out about them but couldn't tell if I could order them.

16. I think it is. But I don't recognise any of the songs.
Not that that means anything.

Thankyou for finding that.
