FOUR F...ING CENTS

I just got my phone bill. It has been $30.08/mo. for well over a year now so for November I paid them $30.08. Turns out the bill was actually $30.12 and they're charging me a late fee for FOUR CENTS.

Or rather, some nice revenge.

Overpay your bill by one cent for the next year. Then underpay your bill by one cent for the following year.

I knew someone who did this, and he actually got a call from the phone company asking him to please stop, because their software wasn't set up to handle it.

4. Call them up and ask to speak to a supervisor right away...

Tell them in no uncertain terms that you find the late fee for 4 cents insulting and that you want it removed.

If that doesn't work, tell them that you will just get phone service elsewhere if it isn't removed.

Be polite, but firm.
