Oh dear...I've just accidentally received someone else's Xmas wreath

Just took the doggie out for a walk and there's a lovely wreath on my door addressed to someone else. I opened the card hoping the florist's name and/or number would be on it, but it was only signed "Thank you so much for all your help and support...Helen". It clearly had my address on the front.

I feel bad cos I can't even call whoever it came from to tell them it went to the wrong place. :(
