Most Convincing Televangelist!

Which has come closest to pulling the wool over your eyes? (even if it was a mile away.)

Pat Robertson

Jim and Tammy Fae

Benny Hinn

Jimmy Swaggart

Jerry Falwell

Jan & Paul Crouch

Ahh... They're all so adorable. How to choose?

Also here's a fun game to play when watching the TV preachers!

Looks like it would be good as a drinking game.

9. Isn't he the onee who gives those long boring lectures
With the markerboard presentation?

Man, I don't know how he gets any viewers.

He looked kinda cool back in the day with the headband and long hair though.

6. Jim Bakker
Anyone who houses his dog in an air conditioned dog house gets my vote out of principle. The pouches doggie treats were probably out of this world.

8. Herbert W Armstrong
Used to do a TV show on Sunday morning in the 70's. Quite a trip. Dead now. I don't think I remember ever hearing him ask for money. Not even once. Had a weird scholarly bent on apocalyptic prophecy. Great to watch while stoned. :D

On the other hand, his son, Garner Ted, was a Jim Jones type who Herbert ultimately disowned. A real nutbag.

14. Rent "The Eyes Of Tammy Faye"
... and you might be surprised.

She was the first (and only) televangelist who was actually helping AIDS patients at the start of the crisis. (There's footage of this in the movie to prove it.)

She's a ditzy but sweet-hearted woman.
