anything neocon makes my stomach turn. I will take it when I'm feeling more up to it. However, I like your quote. Maynard is god.

6. well, it says I'm a liberal... go figure.
And I thought that some of their answers didn't really adress the true heart of the issue, but hey, that's just me. ;-)

15. I Got The Same Rating
What a shock! I also agree that the choices weren't as illuminating as they should have been. Lots of details missing.

They did say the results were not scientific. No Kidding!

It's ironic that I use a neo-conservative president for my sig-line quote. But then again Teddy Roosevelt did say it best when it comes to questioning the president!!!

13. Liberal (gasp!)
Don't know how I'd have answered if this was a professional test though. Private feelings and professional imperatives are often at variance if someone puts you on the spot...

24. Realists aren't about reality...
It's the rather arrogant name given to the theory, which in simple terms translates as 'Might Makes Right'. One thing that little quiz forgot to mention about Realists is that they have a preference for warfare over diplomatic negotiations. And while not all Realists are Neo-Conservatives, ALL Neo-Cons are Realists. Finding out yr a Realist isn't something to be crowing about....

Violet...

20. Another liberal here (no surprise)
but I often had to choose a least-awful answer. There was a lot of overlapping in the choices given, and then an absence of the alternative I wanted (especially irritating in the China and Korea sections).

I wish they tabulated the results of all the readers who took the test. I really wonder how many living, breathing neo-cons there are out there.
