he is a almost one year old Quaker Parrot. We adopted him when he was 10 days old and we were able to bring him home at 3 months old, he's a hand raised baby and a great talker. He says, I love you, tickle me, what you doing, peek a boo among other things

because she was lonely and a plucker. She says a few words like step up and the like and she is very sweet. She came home one week before Arlo

Can you tell me what a Quaker Parrot looks like? I'm familiar with African grays and Macaws.

and they are light green and gray on the neck and chest, very inexpensive as parrots go

By "so little wisdom", I meant what I wrote, not what I read. And I was devastated when Bush won. I didn't think Kerry was great shakes - he's no Clinton - but he was at least 3437 times better than Bush.

The only reason I spend enough time here to rack up 340 posts is because I love your country like I love my own. And I hate to see it so divided. It reminds me of the darkest days of Thatcherism. We had 18 years of Conservative rule. You guys face eight. That's no fun. But it can be survived.

One day, I hope to write a post on what it was like to be born in the last months of a Labour government and then have a Conservative government until I was at university. Four election defeats in a row. I think it might help you.

I love my country and yours. That is why we both find out selves here isn't it. I hope some day our countries will find the peace that we seek. I would be interested in your sharing on you thoughts on your government. I may be looking for a place to move and I might land up there.

all these different personalities sharing tier thoughts with you. And of course our miseries. I know I have been helped through some tough moments...since Nov. 2 and sharing that with these fine folks has sure helped. I feel stronger for it, sharing it with others of the same mind set
