Are there any aspiring Fashion Designers on this board?

:D With the debut of Project Runway on Bravo, I decided to put my "ideas" on paper to see if I have "it." lol

Well, I can't sketch for shit. But, I have a vision. The only thing I have so far that's wearable, or so my friend says, is a bra with ruffles. haha

Any fashionistas on this board?

4. No, but I saw Isaic (sp?) Mizrahi tonight at a Kartell charity event -

My husband deliberately bumped his elbow so he can claim he "rubbed elbows with Isaic Mizrahi."

The bald home designer with the glasses from the Discovery channel was also there.

And my ornament (we had to design for a charity auction) won an award (I don't know which place of first thru third).

7. Thanks - it was a fun nite - one of those things you can do only in NY.

I met some cool people that I think I may remain friends with, bid and bought one of the auctioned ornaments, and had a good time.

I didn't actually get to speak with Mizrahi.

The party was mostly furniture design, interior design and architect oriented - so interesting people watching.
