Freeper claims to have Halley Berry/Beyonce type girlfriend

I would like to see if this gets tried as a hate crime. In San Angelo, Texas hate crime legislation was applauded until the first people were charged with it. It was two black women who assaulted a white woman who was dating a black man. This did not go over very well in the black community who felt they should have been immune from such things.

This article strikes home in a way since I am dating a Beyonce/Halle Barry type Black woman. She is an MD and her twin sister is a lawyer. Niether one of them dated black men (the lawyer is married to a white guy).

There is a lot of animosity between lighter and darker African-Americans that is played up by white people who like to separate "the good ones" from "the bad ones" according to pigmentation and the amount of ghetto dialect a person uses.

I wouldn't be surprised if his girlfriend's address ends in ".com" and her real race is "virtual", but his comment struck me as racist by mentioning two well-known light-skinned performers.

I was trying to figure out why he would choose those two very different women as a "type" - the best I'd come up with so far is that they're both pretty. But even then, it seems weird to place them together as a type.

I was thinking the same. His phraseology is rather strange unless it's code for "it's ok, guys, she's not very black". Halle Berry is mixed race; I don't know about Beyonce, but she's quite light-skinned. They're both undoubtedly hot, but if that's what he meant, he'd just say so.

"Well, she COULD have looked like Beyonce once!!!"

He couldn't of been talking about their appearence because they look completely different. So what is a Halle Berry/Beyonce type?
