Will the "This is the Duer formerly known as" taglines ever be removed?
i know that they were supposed to be there for a month after we changed our screennames, but I changed mine over a month ago. The name change amnesty ended Nov. 22nd, so will those go away on Dec. 22nd? It doesn't particularly bother me, I'm just curious :shrug:

1. I wish they wouldn't--especially for some longer term DUers who
changed their name....But, that's just my preference...

3. i can see your point, and i guess it would make sense for DUers
who haven't been on the board for awhile and are just coming back due to whatever reason (i.e. vacation, DU break, etc...).
