Talk to me about drug testing

Specifically piss test for marijuana, someone I know, a friend of a friend right, it's not me I don't give a flying fuck, I'd go up to the west texas cocaine snorting prairie monkey and blow smoke in it's face if I could.
Back to the testing, he's subject to ramdom piss tests as a condition for employment, and after a year if no testing thought he'd be safe taking just a couple of tokes.
Nineteen days later they do a drop on him, and now he's freaking and peaking, I told him not to sweat it because he's not a constant smoker and the small ammount and length of time probablly cleaned it out of his system.
Is there any knowledge out there about this?

Depending on body fat and how much liquid your friend drinks, he might be just fine.
